Do you ship your products internationally?

I only ship all of my physical products, i.e. all stickers and sticker sheets, within Germany (for now). I will definitely expand this over time, but since I'm still at the very beginning of my shop, I've decided to focus on Germany for now. But you can shop for all of my digital products worldwide!

How does shipping work?

As soon as I receive your order, I will endeavour to ship your item within two days. There is no tracking, but you can write to me if you need it and we will definitely find a solution! :) Your order will therefore arrive at your home within about a week.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer exchanges or returns. I hope that you only buy products in my shop that you really want. And the environment will thank us if we don't send goods around more often than necessary <3

I think my items got lost in the mail...

If it has been more than 3 weeks since your order was shipped, it is possible that the envelope got lost in the mail. In this case, please email me (info@senti-designs.com) and I will do my best to find a solution.

Please keep in mind that shipping times vary from one week to several weeks and that during holidays and other busy periods it may simply take longer for your order to reach you.

Do you accept personal orders?

I'm always open to new ideas! :) So feel free to write to me by email (info@senti-designs.com) or via Instagram @senti_designs if you have an idea that fits my style well. We can talk about it and we're sure to find a great solution :)
